 I am here teaching english and socio-culture in class 5 section A, I combine indonesia and Philippine culture, Above is my lesson plan



 Procedure of teaching
1.orientation
During orientation
In the first week, I visited San Josef Elementary School for the first time and was handed over by the faculty. I got to know the teachers, staff and students of grade 5. My mentor teacher, mam jd, explained the flow of learning, the characteristics of the students and the places in the school environment.

2.observations
In the second week I made observations not only in class 5 but also in the kindergarten in the elementary school neighborhood. I observed the situation during lessons, remembering the time when students would take a break and when students would go home for lunch.

I also observed how the teacher elicited student responses during question and answer sessions. Even though the lesson was conducted partly in Filipino. But I tried to understand

3.create a lesson plan
In week 3 I became an assistant teacher, I replaced the teacher during certain hours, to train me to deal with problems in the classroom. I taught material that was difficult for me to prepare from Indonesia. At other times, I made lesson plans according to the format and curriculum used at the
school.And don't forget I consulted my mentor

4.final demonstrasion teaching
On February 13, 2025 I did the final demonstration, with 4 assessors (2 from the faculty) (2 from the foundation). I was given 60 minutes which I had to use well to realize my lesson plan. I used the project-based learning model by combining group, question and answer, and lecture methods.

5.Advice from assessors
Of the 4 assessors I received an A, 98. I have shortcomings in teaching
I often use hot questions
I often talk when I am not facing the students.

And the assessor gave advice
- to use open-ended sentences/questions, where students can only answer yes/no.
- speak when facing the student
